2023-24 OHS FALL SPORTS & ACTIVITIES REGISTRATIONS  ARE OPEN

You must sign up and pay on-line on our registration site found here.   Instructions on how to create a parent user account login AND how to register your child for an activity are included on the site and also in the tab above titled Handbook & Forms.  There must also be a current sports physical on file with the Activities Office. Physicals are considered current for three years and must go through the entire sport season that the student is registering for.  Click on the PDF below  to download a copy of the Sports Physical Form. WELL-CHECK PHYSICALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

When creating an account for the 1st time, you must know your 7 digit Student ID.  The OHS office or Activities Office can provide that to you or you can find it on your child's Infinite Campus portal account.

Fees are $175.00 for a sport or $88.00 if you qualify for free  or reduced lunch. 

Fees are $90 for an activity/fine arts or $45 if you qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Family Max for sports/fine arts is $525.00 (not including Clay Target and Fishing). Runs through the current school year.
