Mayo Clinic Health System will again be offering free sports physicals to athletes entering grades 7-12 for the 2025-26 school year.  The dates are July 29, 30 & 31 - 5:30-8:00 pm.   

Sign up now using the link below.  Slots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis and no walk-ups will be allowed.  Sports physicals are required every three years in order to participate in sports.  Parents can check their students’ sports physical date in Infinite Campus under health and screenings.
